The 2024 Board meeting dates are February 20, April 16, June 18, July 16, August 20, and September 17. The Annual Meeting is October 22. All meetings are held at the Stratmoor Hills Church at 5:30 PM.
Trash Removal:
If you wish to RECYCLE, please get in touch with Republic Services at 719-633-8709 (this fee is paid by each owner individually).
ACC / Patio Paint:
If you wish to paint the concrete patio/stoop, please email the Manager before completing any work. The primary color is Behr Solid Color Concrete Stain, in Terra Cotta color.
The Courtyards at Quail Lake Home Owners Association provides the following services to its residents through the payment of monthly dues:
Property Management (including coordination of landscaping, maintenance, repairs, snow removal, etc.)
Common Property Maintenance:
• picnic area
• playground equipment
• basketball court
• sand volleyball pit
• landscaping
• snow removal
Unit Maintenance/Repair (exterior only): stucco surfaces, painting, street repairs, sealing, etc. For a more comprehensive list, please view the CCR's & Rules page. Alarm Monitored Fire Suppression Systems in all units and the exterior control rooms.
