HOA Services

The Courtyards at Quail Lake Homeowners Association provides the following services to its residents through the payment of monthly dues:

• Property Management: landscaping, maintenance, repairs, alarm monitored fire suppression systems, trash removal, snow removal, etc.
• Common Area Maintenance: stucco surfaces (buildings, walls), concrete, asphalt, playground, basketball court, sand volleyball court, and picnic areas

Trash Removal Services

 Trash removal services are provided by Republic Services. Recycling services are available upon request and are billed directly to the homeowner. If you wish to recycle, please contact Republic Services (republicservices.com, 877-692-9729) to add this service to your unit.

Contact Republic Services to schedule the removal of large items, including furniture, mattresses, etc.  Removal fees may apply and will be billed directly to the homeowner.

Property Improvements (painting, window replacement, etc.)

 Improvements to the exterior of your property (concrete painting; window, door, and gate painting or replacement, garage door replacement, etc.) must be approved in advance by the HOA’s Architectural Control Committee (ACC) subject to compliance with the HOA’s Rules & Regulations.  Requests must be submitted through the RowCal portal (rowcal.com).
