The 2023 Board meeting dates are April 18, May 16, July 18, August 15, September 19, and the Annual & Budget Meeting is October 17. All meetings are held at the Stratmoor Hills United Methodist Church at 5:30 PM.
The Courtyards at Quail Lake Home Owners Association provides the following services to its residents through the payment of monthly dues:
Property Management (including coordination of landscaping, maintenance, repairs, snow removal, etc.)
Common Property Maintenance:
• picnic area
• playground equipment
• basketball court
• sand volleyball pit
• landscaping
• snow removal
Unit Maintenance/Repair (exterior only): stucco surfaces, painting, street repairs, sealing, etc. For a more comprehensive list, please view the CCR's & Rules page. Alarm Monitored Fire Suppression Systems in all units and the exterior control rooms.
Trash Removal:
If you wish to RECYCLE, please get in touch with GFL at 719-633-8709 (this fee is paid by each owner individually).
